A professional tech pack communicates every design, material, measurement, and construction detail to your manufacturer — so nothing is left to interpretation. The quality of your tech pack directly determines the quality of your samples and your ability to attract the best manufacturers.
Every tech pack I create is detailed, thorough, and built to industry standards. Most manufacturers I work with comment on how easy my tech packs are to work with — which means fewer revision rounds and better samples for you.
Each tech pack includes:
1. Design consultation
2. Technical flat sketches with up to 2 rounds of design revisions
3. Complete bill of materials — every fabric, trim, button, label, and packaging element
4. Callouts of all seams, stitches, and construction details
5. Colorways page (Pantone references or color swatches)
6. Labels and packaging pages
7. Branding, embroidery, and print pages as needed
8. Point of measure diagram
9. Measurement specs for sample or full size range
10. Sample evaluation chart

Using CLO3D — the industry's leading 3D fashion design software — I create accurate 3D models and digitized sewing patterns for your garment. This means you can review the design, request changes, and solve fit issues before a single stitch is sewn.
The sewing pattern created for the 3D model is delivered in DXF format, which your manufacturer can use directly — improving the accuracy of your first physical sample and reducing the number of sampling rounds you need.
For brands working with overseas manufacturers, 3D design also cuts down on expensive back-and-forth shipping of physical samples. See it in 3D first, confirm it's right, then go to production with confidence.
Each 3D design project includes:
1. Accurate 3D model of your garment
2. Digitized sewing pattern in DXF format
3. Up to 2 rounds of revisions.
